Naiboli Adhabee Eid 2025

The Maldives National Council, in its latest meeting, reviewed the official statement issued by the Ministry of National Planning titled “Nairolly Adhabee Eidu 2025” regarding the new national development plan and its associated policies. The council emphasized that this plan will be implemented within the next two years. According to the plan's guidelines, through effective coordination, progress will be made in areas such as public service delivery, education, economic development, and sustainable growth. The council also noted that the implementation of this plan will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of National Planning and the 8 key priorities established by the council, which will be monitored regularly.  

Furthermore, the council reviewed the three main sectors of the plan, particularly focusing on the areas of education, health, and economic growth, which are considered vital for the country's development. The plan's high-level objectives include fostering national identity, promoting Social and Cultural development, and ensuring progress towards national goals.  

Lastly, the council discussed how the implementation of this plan aligns with the broader national vision, emphasizing that within the next five years, the country aims to achieve substantial progress and development across various sectors, which will contribute significantly to the nation's overall prosperity.
