Departments and Sections
Corporate Department
The main function of the Corporate Department is to carry out the responsibilities specified in the mandate of the office Planning and implementing activities and providing necessary assistance to the sector in the fields of finance, administration, legal affairs and public relations.
To achieve this objective, the Ministry has been divided into sections and units.
ITC Section
The Ministry's ITC is responsible for procuring, establishing and maintaining systems to strengthen the work of the Ministry, and for creating the Ministry's website Develop, strengthen and introduce and maintain an e-service system for accessing information and receiving complaints and other submissions on public relations matters through the office website.
Public Relations Section

Legal Section

Human Resource Section

Administration Section

Administration Unit
The main functions of this unit are, The sector’s ” Strategic Action Plan” Prepare and compile, validate, maintain records of Ministry documents, hand over to relevant sections, monitor documents, maintain inventory and office property, prepare diary and annual report preparing the annual work schedule, arranging all travel arrangements of the Ministry and planning all activities of the Ministers Bureau.
Procurement Unit
The main The works are, Procure services and materials required by the Ministry in accordance with the Finance Act and Rules, arrange and maintain the procurement activities of the Ministry in accordance with the advice and guidelines given by the Auditor General's Office Arranging all transportation arrangements.
Budget and Finance Section
The main functions of this section are to prepare the office budget, budget execution, office expenditure, receipt of funds and office income and expenditure Prepare joint reports and ensure the most efficient use of the budget, provide financial guidance, prepare financial statements, and communicate with the Ministry of Finance on the sector budget and trust funds. Also, requests for SAP system and Bandari Portal are forwarded to the relevant authorities with the permission of the Financial Officer.

Project Section
Overview of projects related to this field is one of the main tasks of this section.
